None of it matters. County says DA's not getting his stipend back because 4-123 failed.
I might be wrong but the County Manager does not have much say so about it if an Organizing Petitioning Group can garner the minimum qualified signatures to take it to ballot and a special election.
If Prima Donna Marquis tried another Poor-Me-I-Still-Dont-Have-My-Pony show, it would further alienate him from the people. Not just the ones who have had more than enough of his whining, but the fence sitters too.

That was Charter-Linked Measure 4-123.
You think "County" will be able to stop another Petition for another vote?
Many people said the only reason they voted against 4-123 was because it tampered with our County Charter.
Right.
You think the People have the energy for another petition?
Sure. ask county mgr if he's recommending it, and why.

Do the people have the energy?
I believe they do.
Somebody correct me if I am incorrect.
