Ken Leahy and two partners own a tract of land adjacent to the Columbia River known as the Bradwood property. The Bradwood property consists of 270 acres of forest land and 32 acres of marine industrial land."

How so, exactly?
Patrick - the "Bradwood Project" and NSNG had absolutely nothing to do with each other.
When NSNG was flying over the area looking for a suitable site, they saw the Bradwood site and it was at that time that they contacted Ken Leahy.

Absolutely Joni, "The Bradwood Project" and "NSNG/Bradwood" had nothing in connection other than the same players names and committees popping up in common and I'll leave the flyover story for the others to accept or trash at their leisure.
