Oregon State Bar declares no criminal wrongdoing on the part of Foster in their findings and issuance of a 30 Day Suspension in its "Stipulation For Discipline" for violating OSB-RPC 8.4(a)(3) Rules of Professional Conduct
"This matter having been heard upon The Stipulation for Discipline entered into by "The Accused" and "Oregon State Bar" and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulation between the parties is approved and the accused is suspended for 30 days for violation of RPC 8.4(a)(3), the sanction to be effective the day after "The Stipulation for Disciplne is approved.

Just goes to show that the lawyers cannot police lawyers. If a lawyer violates the so called Professional Standards, he should be disbarred. After all, the "Standards" are certainly no rocket science. Lawyers know when they are doing wrong.
It took 3 years to disbar DA Julie Leonhardt and that was after her conviction for 3 felonies and 2 misdeamanors. And then it took almost 2 years to disbar a local lawyer who lied in a DUII situation. Too bad for Foster that he pissed off the Bar. That is the only way a lawyer is punished in Oregon. And, we taxpayers do pay for Bar functions, by the way.
Since Bartoldus took the money from the Oregonian , got called out for her wing nut conspiracy theories and sanitized her blog.It even looks like hater Hyland is next on the chopping block, looks like your the last one left Mcgee to do politics . From yesterday's big Tea Party march(All 15 of them)on Clatsop County Courthouse, looks like a bunch stayed back at the Lair and crashed to, ahhhhhh, digest their treat.
And wasn't it that homophobe tea party leader Hyland, McGee speaks so kindly of and his wife on Tom freel's show friday trying to convince the 6 or 7 people that listen to that confused fella's show of the seriousness and legitimacy of that fringe group?
NCO's Bartoldus's fall-back will be her continuation as the county head of her religion in ensuring the realization of the New World Order under it's control and no, it is not the Tea Party.
Alright folks, Brent Foster, fully cooperating, has pretty much been cleared of any major wrongdoing by the Oregon State Bar with a little pat on the fanny and a 30 day suspension after all the hooey concocted by norhtcoastoregon.com and moocountynews.com.
Psersonally, I would like to invite Brent Foster to this site to tell his side of the story now that this is over and I hope he takes me up on the offer as opposed to us stooping to the same level of crticism and vindictive and hateful rhetoric some would say NCO and MCN are allegedly guilty of.
