An Astoria man accused of murder by abuse and aggravated murder will remain in jail without bail.
According to a decision by Clatsop County Circuit Court Judge Phil Nelson released Monday, the state was able to present strong evidence that Christopher Fitzhugh “recklessly, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of life, caused the death of (his fiancée) Evelyn Decker.”.........Read Full Katie Wilson - Daily Astorian Article
