A grassroots movement (often referenced in the context of a political movement) is one driven by the constituents of a community. GRP does not necessarily condone or support the issues presented here. "We demand that big business give the people a square deal; in return we must insist that when anyone engaged in big business honestly endeavors to do right he shall himself be given a square deal." Grass Roots People Endorses Rohne - District 4 And Scheller - District 2
Although I have stayed silent for so long on these issues, I do want to tell you a why I did not support your candidate, Rohn.
It was a simple question that reinforced my decision to stick with Johnson.
Question: Why do you want to be a County Commissioner?
Rohn: Well I was asked to run by .... and ...... said I would be a good commissioner. Also you know ...... thought I would be a good candidate against Johnson.
(Names redacted....)
I responded to Mr. Rohn, that I asked him why He would wanted to be a commissioner, not what other people wanted or suggested. He still could not answer why.
Leadership requires to first know yourself before you lead others. I don't think Mr. Rohn really knows why he wants to be a commissioner only that others want him to run.
This clearly shows to me why I will be supporting C Johnson.
Come on Floyd, you and Cary are philosophically cut from the same cloth and I mean that with absolutely no disrespect.
You and Cary are both fine gentlemen but, not what Clatsop needs in leadership at this moment, just more fearful status quo that we just saw recalled a few short weeks ago.

That's it? Just a headline?
Don't you think people deserve to know why you endorse those candidates?
Or do you think just the fact that they're endorsed by you should be enough?
Yes.
