Oregon bill targets "Truth in Music" for tribute bands

SALEM -- You've shelled out $100 for two concert tickets, but it's worth it. You're going to hear the Drifters sing: "If loving you is wrong. ..."
Then the show starts. Hey, none of these guys was alive when that song came out. That ain't the Drifters.
