Bradwood Landing's Open Letter

This is an Open Letter to The Daily Astorian from Bradwood Landing so, I will preume it is "Public Information".
It states, well click on it and read it for yourselves.
The question is: Do you Believe it?

You don't believe anything else the Bradwood people pay the newspaper to print-Why would you believe this latest advertisement?

When are you going to get it?

They don't have the luxury of being able to make up information and/or lie to people (like the anti-bunch).

They are being scrutinized by dozens of different entities at the federal and state levels and absolutely HAVE TO BE TRUTHFUL or they might as well just throw their blueprints out the window.

And if they weren't truthful what would happen......?

Notice too, they keep reiterating Bradwood's position and I notice too that there is no mention that nothing stops them from selling the project at any time does it and to who and what new rules will they be required to comply with?

Now, what does common sense tell you when that LNG comes to Bradwood's landing in the form of LNG already on the LNG Tanker and transfers as LNG to the storage tank as LNG, right?

So an LNG Speculator is going to invest $800,000,000.00 in constructing an LNG Storage facility that plans to pump NG into a plus-or-minus $800,000,000.00 LNG Speculator controlled pipeline for 50-65 years but they can't reverse the flow of already prepared and deep frozen LNG back onto an empty LNG Tanker?

Yeah, OK, we must believe this Open Letter To The Daily Astorian...Yes, of course we should because it comes from Bradwood Landing/Northern Star Natural Gas?

No wonder they are so confident this thing will fly around these parts.

Good Lord in heaven save us from ourselves!

Why shouldn't they be?
With Washington D.C, Salem and Olympia solidly behind this it is a sure thing.

A few people in Astoria OR writing letters to the editor or trying to recall local commissioners isn't going to have any impact at all. They are only fooling themselves as a result of being goaded into being gullible by eco groups who rely on stirring people up to the point that they will send donations to pay for the professional agitators such as Laurie (gyeechh) Caplan and Olivia (bellcchhh) Schmidt

An answer to Anonymous about what if they weren't truthful...

When the time comes for them to start construction, they will need to go public to get their construction money. As a former stock broker, I know for a fact that the Securities and Exchange Commission has been watching...and if their company is found to have committed any unlawful acts or have used questionable tactics, they will not be approved.

So...lies mean you don't get built. Which is why they have to be nothing but truthful.

Now, explain to the "Othernonymous" and being the ex-Stock Broker you were, exactly what "Forward Looking Statements" means.

"In United States business law, a forward-looking statement is a statement that cannot sustain itself as merely a historical fact. A forward-looking statement predicts, projects, or uses future events as expectations or possibilities." From the Securities & Exchange Commission website.

Meaning...it is what they HOPE to do...and it is a term used in almost every business in this entire county, when expanding, building, etc.

And as well, they cannot be held liabel or in some sort of vioaltion, correct?,,, should all the speculative "hooey" they say may, could, might, possibly happen doesn't and right now that is precisely what we are getting from Bradwood/NSNG, Oregon LNG, the two in our midst, isn't it?

Forward Reaching Statements:Statements in annual reports and other financial communications that are based on management's expectations, estimates, projections, and assumptions and are made pursuant to the Safe Harbor provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 as amended. Such statements are accompanied by caveats saying actual future results and trends may differ materially from what is forecast.

Now, if you plan to invest your money or your community's future into a scheme the likes of a Bradwood Landing or and Oregon LNG..... "Caveat Emptor"

Bradwood is "investing" in us-not the other way around.

The antis, moonbats and ecotards will try to spin and twist anything and everything they can to make sure they misinform as many people as possible in hopes of winning support. In the end, though, it will not matter one bit.
