The Clatsop County Board of Commissioners voted 4 to 1 to withdraw last year’s approval of a liquefied natural gas land-use application and will re-examine the issue in a public hearing.
The board voted Nov. 8, 2010 to accept a hearings officer’s ruling granting approval to the consolidated liquefied natural gas pipeline application for Oregon Pipeline LLC. The decision was appealed to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals by project opponents led by Columbia Riverkeeper.....Read Full Daily Astorian Report
