Umm, if AG Kroger really wants to exercise his goal number 1, fighting crime and protecting crime victims, he should take on the Astoria Municipal Court. That is, if DA Marquis complaints are true. Having the AG investigate the municipal court would end this debate once and for all. And, since DA Marquis is not going to file criminal or ethical charges against the people he is attacking, maybe the AG will. After all, we pay his salary too.
