A grassroots movement (often referenced in the context of a political movement) is one driven by the constituents of a community. GRP does not necessarily condone or support the issues presented here. "We demand that big business give the people a square deal; in return we must insist that when anyone engaged in big business honestly endeavors to do right he shall himself be given a square deal." Absolutely everyone should vote on this park. At the same time we can also vote on whether or not to give all municipal court cases to the District Attorney and on remodeling the library. We should also vote on whether or not parking should be enforced in the downtown and if we should spend the money to rebuild the 17th street dock. We also need to vote on spending the money for a bypass and if the city should continue to maintain the skateboard park.
