Risk Management Issues
County Manager Scott Derickson has presented an evolving situation to the County’s lawyers and requested recommendations. He perceived potential legal liabilities and political issues, coupled with employee rights, and County responsibilities. These issues are compounded by an appearance of impropriety and the risk of compounding County liability in the event incorrect choices are made.

I thought the recommendations, about 2/3 of the way down, was blacked out.
It was a Public Records Request.

No.
Seems the county has now passed the Port and others on excessive legal fees.
A call to Mr. Hauke and Mr. Wilkens could give insite on how to the outcome of this situation will be settled in 3 years with no one winning. Lee is slick, watch out.
Congrats on the Front page mention...that should bring in some hits.....
Cuts through a bunch of specualtion, B.S. and guessing at least, no matter how it got here.
