A grassroots movement (often referenced in the context of a political movement) is one driven by the constituents of a community. GRP does not necessarily condone or support the issues presented here. "We demand that big business give the people a square deal; in return we must insist that when anyone engaged in big business honestly endeavors to do right he shall himself be given a square deal." thats not Main Street in Warrenton. That's the street that runs parallel to where Bud Charlton's charter outfit was. Between what is now a long white rental storage facility and the docks.
Don't think so Scott but, what was so striking about the two photos was the obvious contrast in the sense of pride of the two communities even back in 1962.

Duely noted, thank you
Are any of these buildings still there?
