Unrest over Anderson began months ago

The rumblings started months ago: whispered comments at an out-of-town convention, a closed council session and in recent weeks small, secret gatherings. Some Medford City Council members wanted City Manager Harold "Andy" Anderson out.
And although the full council never met to make a formal decision, on Friday a council majority took action.
At 11 a.m. Anderson received an unsigned letter: resign and leave with a generous severance package, or be fired at Thursday's council meeting. Anderson handed in his resignation before the end of the day.....For Complete Article, Click On Thread Title Above.
