You cant possibly sue and win an award beacause somebody called you a "skank"

In her photos she looks like a skank for sure.

Case dismissed.

"Last Call" sounds and you'd take her home and you know it.

As I said, this may be one to follow and by the way, other than being an anonym, are you an attorney?

Patrick...I know you're watching this because you just hate that people can post anonymously. Never mind that some of us aren't in a position to do so for various reasons.

I feel badly for this model, because I do happen to think she was very beautiful and her career is now ruined. But I think that anyone in the public eye needs to get a thick skin, cause some people are either not going to like them, or are just jealous.

I don't think Google is going to be required to give up the user in this instance.

Hence, Anonym, my point that "This may be worth following" and it will be.

career is now ruined

Oh baloney. It's just some lawyer spouting off in hopes of a shakedown.

"This may be worth following" and it will be.

You don't have a clue, McGee, and your predictions are always slanted and self serving.

And yet you keep showing up and whining.

Why is that?

Because in these tough economic times your blatherings on this cyber rag are cheap amusement and entertainment, you nut.

Really Anonym?

Well, it's flattering that you find this site entertaining.

Enjoy and add to the discussion.

Anyone can file a lawsuit over anything. This was established clearly in the 1968 Lawyers Full Employment Act and is nothing to get concerned about. The real question is what did the Court determine. Please keep us up to date on that.
