Isn't that Cole's job to begin with?
Is he saying he cannot do his job so let's spend more county money on another outside consultant to do what he should be doing anyway?
How many times are we going to repeat this crap?
I thought we were headed in a new direction.
Unfortunately, there are so many "professional" but unqualified elected managers in the County that are not within the County Manager's control, this effort is simply a waste of time and money.
