I invite Commissioner Lee to respond to this, on this site with a thorough explanation as to his belief.
We still have an open invitation for Commissioner Lee to post his position on this site should he or his agents choose to do so.

Hey, you know what, Richard Lee serves me as he does you, if you live in Clatsop County.
He wants to clarify some points, he can come here and do so and I am certain there should be at least one memeber of his family competent enough to, at least, email me his musings and I will be happy to post it to this site.

Maybe you could make an appointment to ask the questions or get the answers you seek. He certainly isn't bound by any rules or regs that demand he respond to oddball websites run by kooks and weirdos.
And he's not getting much support from those sites either as you probably pretty well know.

How comforting it must be for Lee to see all the support he's getting on this site even, just look at the stellar list of names besides mine.
