Oregon A.G. Kroger's Reponse To Oregon Rep. Ferrioli

GRP: In what appears to be a vindictive "Witch Hunt" being concocted by, what appears again, Pro-Bradwood/Northen Star Natural Gas abettors in the hope that some of the accusations against Oregon Attorney General and Assistant Brent Foster and others may stick to legitimize the ramblings of one certain reporter at a local Clatsop County Message Board, Oregon AG Kroger has responded to a FOIA request by Oregon Rep Ferrioli.

You may read it below without the Editorializing and judge its legitimacy for yourself.

You, of all people, trying to float this nonsense?

Go down to County Adiministration and ask for all the "Public Information" they have on Jeff Hazen, Ann Samuelson, Richard Lee and then tell us what they say.

Oregon LNG's Peter Hansen and Legal Beagles are behaving like "Extortionists", Kroger is just doing what all Oregon agencies do with FOIA information, to my understanding, cover direct costs in producing it.

MAY 24 • FACT: Kroger is hiding emails FACT: Kroger hired a 65 year old retired Juvenile & Family Court Judge to "get to the bottom" of the matter FACT: Kroger is heard in these audios saying he is doing everything in his power to block an industry that is legal to operate in Oregon FACT: It is illegal in Oregon to use state resources to block or promote specific legal industries or businesses. FACT: The Attorney General's Office does NOT set State Policy, write State Legislation, nor Make New Law. FACT: Kroger allowed, participated in and/or promoted all of the above. He either did it knowingly or was ignorant of Oregon law.

Reference the specific statute and present the factual documentation to verify your data.

Put the audios in context and you may get a clearer picture than you have referenced in your above particular accusation that you call "Fact".

I invite all to listen to the alleged incriminating audios and judge for yourself without editorializataion as to what is said, exactly.

Ah ha, wiggle and dance, wiggle and dance. Kroger is even better than you now that he has been caught, Patrick.
Hopefully, this experience will teach him the price of making very bad hiring decisions.

I want an AG that will do nothing to stop BP from drilling, filling out their own inspections, and then flood our state with toxic ooze. It will be good for our economy. The jobs it will bring for the gravediggers, hospitals and attorneys will be good for the economy.

I want a state government that will do nothing to discourage noxious businesses.
I want an AG that will not let the people decide if they want polluters to ruin their state. The law is-a buisiness gets a permit according to what the community needs or desires. We need jobs so there you go and my children want to EXPLODE.

(That is what I heard a little lady on the corner say. She apparently has no vision, or doesn't care about anyone or anything, past her account in the bank she just vacated. You see her family had big bucks and she will do anything intellectualize her way back to comfort, her brothers and sisters be damned-BOOM)

GO BACK TO WEST VIRGINIA OR CAYMAN ISLANDS OR FROM WHATEVER BANK SHELTER YOU SUITS IN SHINY CARS COME FROM. TAKE THE CAST OF NCO WITH YOU.

Is that your gestapo expression.
He is only trying to express concerns that you yourself have. Costing gov't unnecessary funds. Right?

Necessity is the mother of Invention-Let fossil fuels go and let us invent.

Look Folks-We need energy, but not fossil fuel. The powers that be decided the oil from the ground would make them rich if they could put it in cars, and the natural gas could be used for lighting and it took off from there to plastics. Many people had practical ideas for energy. The big energy business did to them what they are trying to do to Kroger. They'll never stop, even if their standing in oil up to their boot tops, as a result of another accident that poisons the ground and sea and destroys the forests.

An "Outsider" as compared to what? You're not from here either are you?+

And isn't that what Attorney Generals do, aspire to bigger and better careers at a much higher level?

"We"?

And who, exactly, would "We" be?

Anonymous said...

"We" are the Oregonians, McGee, not the recently arrived out of state scum coming here to rip us off

You're "Anonymous", I'm an Oregonian, a citizen of Clatsop County and a resident of Astoria and proud my three generations can be counted among the other 37,400 or so that call it home as well.

Where you and your family from "Anonymous"?

I don't see you listed in the local phone directory out here.

Is Oregon one of the 50 states that gets more money from the feds than it pays in taxes? Maybe it's the low population states that this is applies to.

Do you want and need rampant crime in your state. Do you want to break the law because you need to work for criminals. Do you realize we voted for him. Outside money, from who knows where, will come here soon to arrange our political structure the way they want it, for their profit. Thanks to a recent decision of our US Supreme court. No need to start burning crosses yet, so to speak.

My name is Lee, what are your names?

kroger-
was a marine
went to Yale
Assistant to chuck schummer
worked for the wh
Put mafia type drug traffickers away (cocaine)
Helped big time to bring down two people at Enron and worked on the shilling and Ken Lay cases
Was in New York on 9/11 and worked on terrorist search
Wanted to move to Oregon and then got a job teaching Law at Lewis & Clark
Ran for attorney general of Oregon
Hired Foster and is in trouble with NCO because this Brent Foster he hired helped a friend scoop up a sample of liquid. NCO is an embarassment to Oregon let alone Clatsop County and Astoria. STFU and get a life.

We were here first, we were here first. Oh well, at least he knows what's behind your childish games. You are Patsys. Not even worthy of your name now. Go ahead and file a frivolous lawsuit.

(Now who would be behind this-hmm.)

Oh yes, history is full of scuzzballs were "marines" or "worked for the wh"....Now you come along and tell someone to "STFU and get a life"? I don't think so, Punky Brewster. Kroger is going to go DOWN because he broke the rules and misused the office for politcal gain then tries to lie about it. Carrie Bartoldus is a true Oregon hero and is owed a debt of gratitude by the grateful citizenry of this state.

As it has been asked of Ms. Bartoldus, present the data to back up your accusations. You can present it here if you wish.

I've heard more than once that this whole campaign by NCO is being abetted through EANW by NSNG/Bradwood Landing and you know, a $76,000.00 expenditure to that Union/Union Shop supported organization that, to my understanding, already had commitments by NSNG/Bradwood for lucrative construction labor contracts would support that hypothesis would it not for a strategic investment of that sort?

Pure blather, McGee. Kroger and Foster conspired to deprive the Hood River businessman his constitutional rights. They tried to railroad him and when it blew up in their face they attempt to deny or cover it up. Kroger is going to be toast. Foster is small potatoes, it's Kroger who will be the big loser here and it will be the citizens of Oregon who win.

Joan of Arc (not)

I checked on what Patrick suggested may be the motive to shill for Texas energy interests. His expertise is supported by other articles but I couldn't determine who is benefiting from the $76,000 payment from the texas fossil fuel interest. Maybe the PR company itself-I'm way behind.
I did notice that the Bradwood bankruptcy left many Oregonians without payment and lawyers with payment. That is thanks to a rich Texas industry.
I don't think anon's complaints of outsiders is on the level. He/she is rallying their "insider troops" against their own kind. It's gotta be money in somebody's pocket to make them turn against their own. Frankly, I think the rabble rouser in question wrongly believes he/she is better and deserves to be richer than most anybody else and therefore can absolutely do no wrong. Is this an easy trap to fall into? Probably.

This one is one for the books. The psychology books.

BWAHHAHAHA!!! McGee's "expertise"?!?!?!

As for your sick assumption that I think I deserve to be richer than most anybody else, oh hell no, that if for the NIMBY self entitled anti-everythings because of their contempt for working Oregonians. One of which you obviously are.

Environmentalists and conservationists work. That is until they have to quit until their name is cleared because the sharks come after them with a FOIA? Is it possible to examine your e-mail. I'd like to see your books. Are you living off the state? Do you have a clue what the people in the gulf are going through or what the air quality is like in Texas.
Is a subpoena the word I'm looking for.
And it isn't going to get you anywhere to insult Patrick. It doesn't fly and besides you post your crap on his site so be nice. Just do like he says and give us your evidence or back off, IMO.
