SEASIDE, Ore. -- Divers recovered the body of a man and a woman from the Necanicum River in downtown Seaside after reports that a car drove down a boat ramp and into the water.

I wonder if they were relying on a GPS for directions. Wouldn't be the first time one of those gave someone a bum steer. A voice tells you to take the next left meaning Broadway, and does not take into account the boat ramp. In any case it's very sad. My sympathies to the friends and family.
